Show a desktop notification if a process crashes

So the developer wouldn't have to notice that the app wasn't working, then go check the process statuses to notice that the process had crashed; but rather they could immediately go fix the process (or ignore the notification if they didn't care).
It would be especially nice for clicking the notification to immediately show that service's logs.
