Move rrweb to dev dependencies?

It seems that rrweb is built into the files in dist so it should likely be moved to dev dependencies.

mixpanel-browser@>=2.50.0 is pulling rrweb@2.0.0-alpha.13 which is pulling @types/css-font-loading-module@0.0.7 which is breaking my build. I don't fully understand why but it's frustrating that there's no description in the changelog for 2.50.0 about why this dep was added.
