Preferences ->Sound Hardware -> Engine Clock is not documented

I tried to understand the use cases for the different Engine Clock settings:
grafik

But it is missing in the documentation:
https://manual.mixxx.org/2.3/en/chapters/getting_started.html#configuring-sound-input-and-output

This is an option, which is not self explaining and therefore needs documentation.

The network clock (NTP) used for broadcasting is not necessarily in sync with the soundcard clock from a certain precision.
To sync them, samples are either dropped or duplicated. If you select "Network Clock" they are applied to the local output. If you select Soundcard, they are applied to the broadcasting output.

Please note, that the remote listener use as well a sound-card with a certain precision, requiring additional syncing. This works best if the stream is feed NTP synced.

In case you use two soundcards. The main channel's soundcard clock is used.
