Usage measurements extremely high

tl;dr- Duke pushed a change to the API on 12/15/21 that changed the value in the "i" variable in the usageByHour response, from what I assumed was a power reading, to what I assume is now an energy reading. This throws off the usage calculations obviously. These need to be adjusted so that the energy reading is pulled from the "dr" variable.
