Menu bar and title bar are not visible on nokia 6220 classic. System menu
appears when user clicks middle joystick button instead.
I'm using latest version, on Symbian 9.3
Is this expected for Symbian phones? It would be much better if menu bar can be
seen, otherwise looks confusing.
