That page is used for Twitch extensions, blocking it will lead to Twitch extensions like "Stream Stickers" not working.
Thanks for reporting, it was blocked by https://www.github.developerdan.com/hosts/lists/ads-and-tracking-extended.txt. I've removed the domain
