2 false positives, badges.twitch.tv and ocsp.verisign.com

There's no reason to block ocsp.verisign.com since it's used to verify the validity of certificates.

Thanks for reporting them, they were both blocked by https://raw.githubusercontent.com/blocklistproject/Lists/master/ads.txt. Personally I locally block all ocsp as would rather not have all the websites I visit uploaded, but as it's purpose is not tracking then it does not belong in the list so has been removed. Also removed the twitch as there's no reason to block it
