Rename this repository to "catalog"?

Hi.
I'm thinking maybe to rename this repository from "best-of-mkdocs" to "catalog". That way:

  • People will be less intimidated to add a project (we want all projects here, not just "best")

  • I'm gonna be using it as a catalog from mkdocs/mkdocs#3205

No other change necessary other than renaming

Sure, I don't mind renaming the project. There are several occurrences of "best" and "ranked" in the readme though, shouldn't we update those as well?

I didn't think that far. Well it's still made with "best-of" technology so we don't need to totally get rid of that word. If you could make a PR to reword the parts that look the most out of place, I'd appreciate it
