Usage of SEMIC (surface_physics.f90) over land is not advised for now. Several issue regarding the turbulent heat flux and the albedo parametrization after Slater et al., (1998) are not adjusted for application over land points.

Since sub-daily loops are stabilizing the turbulent heat flux via relaxation of atmospheric to surface conditions, land points are calculated correctly, now.
