I'm rerunning baselines for cryoDRGN2 and seeing:
- Blurry, very low resolution volumes in ab initio homogeneous reconstruction (
cryodrgn abinit_homo) - Translation errors in heterogeneous reconstruction (
cryodrgn abinit_het), which are then compensated by the latent
I suspect some bug was introduced when we refactored/merged cryoDRGN2...
