my supervisord-monitor has a Exclamation mark

This error (NO_FILE) means that you haven't configured your supervisor daemons to log into file. This is not an issue if you don't want logs.
Sorry for commenting on an old thread but I also have this issue and on each of my supervisord servers, I am showing the default logging turned on going to /tmp/supervisord.log. Is there another log that should be turned on? Its a bit annoying to have everyone of my processes posting this error because the loud air horn goes off every time we load the page.
[supervisord]
logfile=/tmp/supervisord.log ; main log file; default $CWD/supervisord.log
I also put the log information in each of my child processes as well, and when looking at just the supervisord UI on each node, I am able to click the tail -f stdout link to see the log, but not in supervisor monitor.
redirect_stderr=true
stdout_logfile=/var/log/---------/------/z--------.log
stdout_logfile_maxbytes=10MB
Maybe there is somewhere I am supposed to define where the logs are?
