Allow notation with 'e.p.' for 'en passent' capture

See Laws of Chess C.9 which notes the following:

In the case of an ‘en passant’ capture, the square of arrival is given as the square on which the capturing pawn finally rests and ‘e.p.’ is appended to the notation.

Allow that notation as well, without demanding it.
