Upgrade Rollup to newest version

Currently I am stuck on #421 and that seems to be related to the current version of Rollup I am using. Here are things that should be checked before doing the upgrade:

• Migrate to Rollup 4 (and 4) The one resource that should tell the story.
• How to update Rollup to version 3 A blog post with some details. (is behind a paywall, so I will not use that)

I tried the migration on @mliebelt/pgn-writer first to version 3, without a problem, and did the same on pgn-parser. Seems to work.
