Create basic working agreement in README

This should include:

  • do TDD
  • PR handling, each ticket one PR based on master
  • merge master into story PR
  • do squash and merge
  • get/assign ticket, create/assign PR at first commit, flag it with WIP whenever you work on
  • when finished copy PR link into ticket
