Hello World using Blade RF

Get the BladeRF powered and running. Figure out how to interface to it. Deploy something to it that runs. Document your efforts in a markdown document and commit the markdown to the fling repository.

Close the ticket when you have committed the documentation and you have something that demonstrably runs on the device: it blinks, it reads form the antenna and outputs a signal strength measure to the console, ..., anything that can be demonstrated.
