output ASAN errors if there is any

Those are inaccessible at the moment (e.g., see https://github.com/mlverse/cuda.ml/runs/4714537608) but should have been accessible in some way.

Also, testthat.Rout* should be made accessible.

Actually both of those are taken care of by .github/workflows/R-CMD-check.yaml already. Also, the failure in https://github.com/mlverse/cuda.ml/runs/4714537608 was actually unrelated to ASAN.
