auto-record mode

drop down next to record button allows turning on auto record mode which records every session. Persist option in project. Display disk usage next to each recording. Tag with date and time.

another idea would be that loop drop is always prerecording (from beginning of session or last record), when you press record, it saves the session up to the point into the new recording, and starts recording officially from there.
