Element query executed before Craft is fully initialized in Craft 4

When this plugin is enabled in Craft 4, every page load get a warning like this in the logs files:

2022-05-07 13:29:23 [web.WARNING] [craft\elements\db\ElementQuery::prepare] Element query executed before Craft is fully initialized. {"memory":3161960}

Maybe some comments in this issue can help to resolve this: craftcms/cms#11033
