Hi, Somehow it's not working here:
{{parseEmoticons ":D"}}

gives as output on page:
<img class="meteoremoticon" src="/packages/mattimo_emoticons/assets/images/emoticons/caritas_05.png">

Try using {{{parseEmoticons ":D"}}} with 3 {'s. I think that's the problem, sorry I will update the docs.
