Bidirectional synchronization

Create a bidirectional synchronization (may be based on https://github.com/hildogjr/RCloneSync/blob/master/RCloneSync.py).
Scan the cloud and the local folder by ls command and keep the more recent version of each file.

This is feature that rclone should implement, not GUI. If rclone has it, then it could be exposed in GUI.
