Scraping doesn't work after installation until user reloads page

User has to reload page before scraping works. Should alert them and offer to reload like other extensions do.

Window now created with a minimum size. Closed by 1424308.
Highlighter now selects correct element. Inadvertantly revealed deeper xpath bug so reworked that entire mechanism. Closed by 1424308.
Added 'reload detection' to popup for users upon first install. Closed by 1424308.
Updated version to 1.2 since fixes some bugs.
