Hi Mitchell!

I am excited to see the work that you started on this IPFS interface. I'm one of the developers of hyperdrive.el, an Emacs interface to the Hypercore peer-to-peer protocol. I thought you might find hyperdrive.el interesting, especially given your comment in the README about Org mode link handling. In hyperdrive.el, we added Org mode link support and recently published a package (hyperdrive-org-transclusion) which extends org-transclusion to asynchronously load Org file content over the hyper network.

Please don't hesitate to reach out. I'd also love to hear about any further thoughts you've had about ipfs-el!

Hi Joseph - As you can see this is a quick sketch of a side project I haven't thought about in a few years but still have interest. Yes, I'll take a look at Hyperdrive; I was unaware of Hypercore so that too.

Thanks! I'd be curious to see ipfs.el add support for Magic File Name Handlers.
