recipe present 2 baking-powder doesn't change back

for recipe preset 2, if you increase baking-powder from 3 to 4 tsp, the ranges change, but if you go back down to 3 tsp, they don't change back

this is happening because when you select a recipe preset, the allowed ranges aren't being re-calculated

I think I might need to stop treating recipe as a global...it's getting confusing
