I just wondered if this plugin is still maintained? Since I'm not sure when I check the sourcemod posts on the plugin, some people are reporting issues and not sure what to think of it. I would like to switch my server plugin from SM downloader&precacher to this one since the first is showing up "late precache" errors in console.
My CSGO server relies heavily on custom materials/effects, therefor I need a bullet-proof prechace/download plugin.

Client doen't download some files which in downloadonly.txt . Do you have any ideas? I have double checked the fastDL and the server's folder... Checking the log there's no missing file report...
