Add a switch greater/lower function to "greater/lower than value" alert

As a trader, I want an option to automatically switch from "greater than value" to "lower than value" when price value is hit, so that I can see when broken resistance becomes support and vice versa

Alternatively add a new alert type "price crosses value" that triggers every time a value is passed, regardless of direction
