multiple invalid build spec (ref to missing vcs/git)

Tried to build mocaccino-extra locally today. Some docker image in quay.io are not in phase with the last tag spec (as in issue #216. Same change in workflow seems necessary but that's not the trouble here.
When building mocaccino-extra locally, a lot of build faill on luet install vcs/git. This paquet is only in mos-micro repo which seems not installed in those building-image.
build.yaml need to be updated at least for dev-utils/replicant, vcs/hub, dev/toolchain, keybase-tools...
Is this package move from repo in the past?
