Revamp Modelsbuilder dashboard

As discussed at CG19 I can help with revamping cleanup the modelsbuilder dashboard.

First priorities is to collect the information you'd like to get on there. After that I can ask the
designer to look at it and order the items so it looks clean and in line with the V8 design language.

Current information on the dashboard is:

• Information if the models factory is enabled
• Information if the models builder api is enabled
• Models mode
• Models namespace
• Static mixin getters status
• Tracking of out-of-date models status
• A message when the models are out of date.

I think the information about the Document type models should be in sections because of future changes like this: umbraco/Umbraco-CMS#5526 ? All sections could have their own generate button?

@zpqrtbnk had wishes for the dashboard to as I remember correctly?
