mispelt "epoch" led to bug in save/loading checkpoints

A large number of "epoch" have been misspelt as "eoch", e.g.:

FunASR/funasr/train_utils/trainer_ds.py

"val_acc_step_or_eoch": self.val_acc_step_or_eoch,

However, in trainer.py, they are spelt correctly. This led to incompatibilities in loading checkpoints saved with trainer_ds.py in trainer.py
