A popup message requesting moderator verification of 1 mod is shown despite the only mod added to the game being currently authorised.
Possible cache problem?

Not a bug, all mods go into your updates page on submission (even if authorized). I updated the message to be "pending moderator review" to hopefully make it slightly clearer.
