How to build

• HaxeDevelop: open custom-filter.hxproj and run
• Manual: haxe build.hxml, webserver of your choice at bin/

Currently depends on dev build of pixi-haxe (https://github.com/modjke/pixi-haxe)
Hxmlinstall will warn if your git haxelib is out of date (haxelib run hxmlinstall to update)
