What are viruz.exe and nircmd.exe?

Not really an issue, but I was wondering what viruz.exe and nircmd.exe in @resources/addons are.

viruz.exe is actually just a renamed RainRGB.exe, which is the color picker used in the settings. it's merely an inside joke in our discord server that originated due to this reason.
nircmd is explained here and it's used for various actions within the suite, but mostly related to the power menu.
