Describe the bug

After attempting to login to my Microsoft account, I get the following error displayed:

I/O (std) error: Failed to fetch player profile
confirmed the validity of my email and password credentials.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log out of Minecraft account on Modrinth
  2. Click "Select account"
  3. Click "Not signed in ->]"
  4. Enter Microsoft account credentials
  5. Image

Expected behavior

Expected behavior is to log in to my Microsoft account to be able to launch Minecraft.

Additional context

This started happening after I logged out of my Microsoft account. Before doing so, when attempting to join my friend's SMP, I was getting the error "Failed to login: Invalid session (Try restarting your game)" from within Minecraft. I'm not sure if this is related, as this is a separate error within Minecraft, but it may have some correlation.

Turns out Microsoft decided "Hey, remember when you paid us $30 for Minecraft? Let's pretend that never happened." I had to buy Minecraft again. It's alright now.
