linked packs not delivering any project updates

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

0.10.16

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug

When using a linked pack and the pack version changes through a Change version or Update pack action, any separately added projects are not given updates as they had in previous versions. Clicking Refresh or restarting yields no available updates. Only upon unlinking a given pack are the updates shown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install a modpack selecting an older-than-latest version
2. Add extra projects via Install content
3. Update pack to a more recent version
4. The extra projects will not be provided any updates
5. Unlink the pack
6. Updates are now shown

Expected behavior

When using a linked pack and the pack version changes through a Change version or Update pack action, any separately added projects should be given updates as they had in previous versions.

Additional context

Also tested in a sandbox vm
