What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

0.10.16 and 0.10.15

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Describe the bug

When i click download at a mod at the Modrinth App, it downloads that mod and it shows that it also have downloaded the mods that are required to run that mod, but it only downloads the main mod and not the dependencies, you need to go to the mods that the main mod depends on, and click the change to this version of this mod (the two-way arrow button) to actually download it. I think this was also a issue in the last 2-4 versions (not sure about older versions tho).
By the way, please not that this doesn't happen all the time, sometimes it just goes back to normal, sometimes it wants to act like this.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download a mod that has requires dependencies that is not already downloaded in that instance.
  2. Try to launch the game. (The game won't launch and say that the mod you have downloaded requires the dependencies, but when you look at the app, it shows as downloaded but they are actually not)

Expected behavior

I expect the dependencies of the mod you're downloading to be actually downloaded instead of just looking like downloaded when it actually isn't downloaded.
