I've been recently talking with some people about the new revenue page and many of them got really confused about this text:

We later figured that the text meant the fee was max $25 but most people just thought you can only withdraw max $25 at a time.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rephrase "≈ 6%, max $25" to "≈ 6%, max fee - $25" to avoid confusion

Describe alternatives you've considered

alternatively just put "≈ 6%" and put more information on the PayPal Withdrawal page.
