Option to let a template be available as resource-type

It would be nice, if you could check a "make available as resource-type"-checkbox in the template-options, so that the client can easily add new resources with a predefined template out of the contentext-menu (right-click > create > create new "Templatename"):

+1. Should be accompanied by a permission setting to allow only certain resource types at all to be chosen. You don't want a client to build a collections container, or articles at places where you have not intended them to be created.
