Currently, it's required to clone the repo and build it then manually run it with not so obvious command like C:\Users\mofr\.dotnet\dotnet.exe D:/dev/Telekinesis/TelekinesisServer/TelekinesisWebAPI/bin/Debug/netcoreapp2.2/TelekinesisWebAPI.dll --urls=http://0.0.0.0:5000.
The goal is to have the choco package installed as choco install telekinesis-server
