Missing IDs and conflicting duplicates

Hi. Thank you for publishing your dataset. I noticed that the main file has duplicate tweet IDs that have different labels. For example IDs 1446384438275944448, 1447097917542707200, and 1448416790627819520. There are also 3 rows that don't have IDs.
