Experimental Snapshot message is outdated

The current experimental snapshot message is outdated still mentioning the 1.18 experimental snapshots. Updating the message like something shown below will make it so that future experimental snapshots won't need an updated message

If you experience this issue in the latest release please search for existing reports. If you did not find one, create a new report with the latest release as the affected version.

Do we actually know for sure if there are going to be experimental snapshots again? It's worth keeping around, but I don't think it's needed unless that happens.

A new experimental snapshot came out today and presumably if Mojang wants to continue with these its good to keep it around
