Can't able to import httplibrary in ride 1.7.3.1

I am using RIDE 1.7.3.1 running on Python 3.7.5. After completing the installation process I am trying to import httplibrary in ride. But it showing the error as follows.
Error in file 'C:\Users....': Importing test library 'HttpLibrary' failed: SyntaxError: invalid syntax (init.py, line 16)
