How to add Tax withheld ?

Hey @bdloner,

1. Click edit icon next to your company's name
   

2. Under "Taxes" tab click "+ Tax" button to add a field
   

3. Edit the label and tax value and click "Done"
   

3a. In case you already had some rows inserted, you'll be prompted whether to apply new tax for these rows as well

FYI, we just shipped few improvements to the UI in 1e986cd and 11e995a
