Idea: Add custom label or suffix with ".fertilizer"

Adding custom label or modifying existing label where present(and only a single label is supported) would help to know which torrents were actually added by fertilizer. Similar as to cross-seed functionality.

It seems this is already implemented (it suffixes with .fertilizer)

It would be very helpful if the category and tag could be set in config.json (per #28)

It is. However, request for custom (#28) was closed as a duplicate. I believe that the overarching request is for a custom category and tag, defined in the config.json.
