Problems with flowchart execution

SEAMM GUI and command line tools currently do not behave in the same way.
Running a flowchart from the command line results in a projects directory being created and jobs being put in this directory. Running from the GUI results in the creation of a directory with the time the job started to run in whatever directory you started SEAMM from.
Jobs run from the GUI also hang up on flowchart execution for me, and never finish running.
