Error: Cannot Connect to OpenAI

Hello, am I doing something wrong? I have entered an API key, and I just get this message straight away when I try to use the agent. Using QGIS Firenze. Many thanks.
Check
-internet connection
-openai API key
-your balance in openai
I can confirm that the plugin does not connect to openAI.
With working connection, correct API key and available balance.
Is there any possibility that you refer to payd/ChatGP+ account?
is there any possibility that you need somthing different input un the "User" field, as OpenAI does not have "user", only "user email" ?
The user here is only to be shown in the chat and has no relation to this msg.
I was working with it using the 5$ free trial normally.

Yes, that's the type of account.
I have the same issue. I expect that the "Set Tocken" button is not working. There is no activity in Debugging/Development Tools panel when I click the button. When I restart QGIS, the API key I entered is no longer there. Using QGIS LTR 3.28.6 on Windows.

I'm having this same issue in my tests. I've tried in QGIS 3.28.6 and in 3.22.14. Same problem in both
Same issue as the rest. I have plenty of API credit and have generated numerous APIs. Non working plugin, surprised it's being pushed by qgis with it being this buggy

Some users experienced that in some countries due to the block of openai services in their countries.
If you have any debugging thoughts, contributions are welcome.
