Remove Role Granting Related Commands

Now with the onboarding features in Discord, roles can be manually assigned by users as they enter the Discord, and afterwords by going to the "Channels & Roles" section.

Thus, we remove:

• Old FAQ role granting (I think it was just disabled in favor of carl bot?)
• role-assignments (all the /mentionroles commands)
