Revert news RSS feed component to use main appID by 1.0.0

As we switch to only updating playtest until 1.0.0, I've updated the appID for the RSS feed in the news component to 1802710. Revert it back to 669270 just before 1.0.0 is released.
We don't have a 1.0.0 project/milestone, worth assigning to that if we make one in the future.
