bug with saveloc and practise mode

Describe the bug

When being in "free practise mode" after enabling practise mode while in start trigger so that you can swap between noclip and normal on the fly, by loading a saveloc and immediately swapping your practise state the game will get confused as to which state you're currently in. No matter in which direction you do this the airstrafe hud will stop showing anything, and the "practise mode |" text is in the opposite state to what it should be. changing your state again the ui fixes itself but your state doesn't change, so now it's back to normal.
(I encountered this specifically in bhop but it's most likely in other game modes as well)

How To Reproduce

1. go into practise mode while in start trigger and fly out
2. (optional) swap practise state (bug happens both ways)
3. load a saveloc
4. immediately after swap practise state
