Defrag: Can skim steep ramps in VQ3

Trying to launch off steep ramps in vq3 doesn't work, as you skim over the top of them instead of being pushed upwards by the slope.

Load df_hangtime and go to course 1 stage 5, strafe jump down the corridor and try slide up the ramp with speed. The player will skim on top of the ramp instead of launching up and over it.

This works fine in cpm.
