The help text should list all available stages and bonuses. Example (surf_fast):
mom_stage <stage number>
Stage 1 (Green Hill Zone)
Stage 2 (Hydrocity Zone)
Stage 3 (Flying Battery Zone)
Stage 4 (Sky Sanctuary Zone)
mom_bonus <bonus number>
Bonus 1 (Sanic)
Bonus 2 (Sonic Heroes - Sonic)
Bonus 3 (Sonic Heroes - Tails)
Bonus 4 (Sonic Heroes - Knuckles)
Bonus 5 (Speed Up)
