Correctly modify number of signatures, arrangement, total sheets, etc... for alternative formats (perfect bound, wacky)

Perfect bound displays the signature arrangement as all ones after the change to make perfect bound simply sigsize = 1

additionally the information for wacky layouts seems to show an empty list of commas for some of the layouts
